1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FlexiCHURCH platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by FlexiCHURCH ("we", "us", "our") for use by churches, religious organizations, and their administrators.

2. Description of Service

FlexiCHURCH is a cloud-based, multi-tenant church management platform that provides tools for member management, financial tracking, communications (SMS, Email, WhatsApp), event management, reporting, and other church administration functions. Access to features depends on the subscription plan selected by your organization.

3. Registration & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One church organization may register one account. Multiple branches should be managed within the same account using the multi-branch feature (Enterprise plan).
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan: Available indefinitely with limited features (membership management and basic financial records only).
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
  • Add-ons: SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice call credits may be purchased as add-on bundles at published rates.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in ways that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity or church affiliation.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiCHURCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
