Do I need to install any software?
No. FlexiCHURCH is 100% cloud-based. All you need is a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on your computer, tablet, or phone. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for an app-like experience on your home screen.
Is FlexiCHURCH available in my country?
Yes! FlexiCHURCH is available worldwide. We support multiple currencies (NGN, USD, GBP, EUR, GHS, KES, ZAR and more) and offer communication channels that work internationally. Our primary market is Africa but we serve churches on every continent.
Can I use FlexiCHURCH on my phone?
Absolutely. FlexiCHURCH is fully responsive and works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. You can install it as a PWA from your browser, which puts a shortcut on your home screen with an app-like experience — no app store required.
What languages does FlexiCHURCH support?
FlexiCHURCH supports multiple interface languages including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Swahili, and more. You can switch languages from the top navigation at any time. The AI tools can also translate content between languages.

Getting Started

How do I sign up?
Click "Get Started" or "Register Your Church" on our website. Fill in your church name, admin details, and choose a plan. Your church workspace will be ready in seconds — no credit card required for the free plan.
Can I import existing member data?
Yes! FlexiCHURCH supports CSV/Excel bulk import for members. Download our import template, fill in your data, upload it, and our system maps columns automatically. You can also import financial records. Our support team can assist with large data migrations.
Is there a setup wizard or onboarding guide?
Yes! When you first log in, you’ll see a guided setup checklist that walks you through: adding your first members, setting up finances and collection types, configuring communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email), customizing your church profile, and more.
Can I get help setting up my church?

How do I add my first members?
Go to Members → Add Member from your dashboard. Fill in the member details (name, email, phone, address, etc.) and save. For multiple members, use Members → Bulk Import to upload a CSV file. You can also convert visitors into members directly.
How do I set up SMS and WhatsApp?
Navigate to Settings → Communications. For SMS, enter your KudiSMS API credentials and register a sender ID. For WhatsApp, pair your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code. For Email, configure your Postmark or SMTP credentials. Each channel has step-by-step instructions in the settings page.

Members Management

How do I add church members?
Navigate to Members → Add Member. Fill in their details including name, email, phone, address, gender, date of birth, marital status, occupation, and membership date. You can also add custom fields. For bulk additions, use the CSV/Excel import feature.
Can I import members from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Go to Members → Bulk Import, download the template CSV, fill it with your member data, and upload. The system automatically maps columns and validates data before import. Duplicate detection prevents creating duplicates.
How do I search and filter members?
The member list supports powerful search by name, email, or phone. You can also filter by status (active/inactive), gender, date range, department, and more. Results can be exported to CSV.
Can members have profile photos?
Yes. When adding or editing a member, you can upload a profile photo. Photos are displayed on their profile card and in member listings.
How do I deactivate or remove a member?
Edit the member and change their status to inactive, or delete them entirely. Deleted members can be recovered within a grace period. Deactivated members are hidden from active lists but their data and financial history are preserved.
Can I track member birthdays?
Yes! FlexiCHURCH stores member birthdays and can automatically send birthday greetings via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and even voice calls. Birthday greetings are sent daily at 6:00 AM and can be customized with your church’s message.
How do I assign members to departments?
Go to Departments → View Department → Add Members. Select the members you want to add. Each member can belong to multiple departments simultaneously.

Finance & Giving

What types of financial records can I track?
FlexiCHURCH supports tithes, offerings, donations, pledges, seed faith, thanksgiving, special appeals, building fund, and any custom collection type you create. You can add as many collection categories as your church needs.
How do I record a tithe or offering?
Go to Finance → Record Transaction. Select the collection type, member, amount, date, and payment method. You can record individual transactions or use bulk entry to record multiple at once.
Can I create custom collection types?
Yes! Go to Finance → Collection Types and create categories like "Building Fund," "Missions Offering," "Welfare Fund," or any type your church needs. Custom types appear in all financial forms and reports.
Can I generate financial reports?
Absolutely. Go to Finance → Reports to view summary reports, member giving statements, collection analysis by type, date range reports, and more. Reports can be exported to CSV and PDF. The AI financial insights feature provides analytics like giving trends, top givers, and seasonal patterns.
Does FlexiCHURCH support multiple currencies?
Yes. FlexiCHURCH supports NGN (₦), USD ($), GBP (£), EUR (€), GHS (GH₵), KES (KSh), ZAR (R), and more. Your church’s default currency is set in your profile, but you can record transactions in any supported currency.
How do I track pledges?
Record pledges under the "Pledges" collection type with the pledged amount and due date. Track fulfillment as members make payments against their pledges. Reports show outstanding vs. fulfilled pledges.
Can I see a specific member’s giving history?
Yes. View any member’s profile to see their complete giving history across all collection types, with totals and date ranges. You can also generate individual giving statements for tax or reference purposes.
What are AI Financial Insights?
The AI-powered finance tool analyzes your church’s financial data and produces intelligent insights: giving trends, seasonal patterns, top contributors, comparison across periods, and actionable recommendations. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Communications & Messaging

What communication channels are supported?
FlexiCHURCH supports four channels: Email (via Postmark/SMTP), SMS (via KudiSMS with custom sender IDs), WhatsApp (text, images, video, audio, documents), and Voice Calls (automated robocalls for announcements). All channels are managed from a single Communications dashboard.
How do I send a bulk message to all members?
Go to Communications → Send Message. Choose your channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email), select recipients (all members, specific department, or individual), compose your message, and send. The system queues messages and sends them in the background.
Can I send WhatsApp messages with media?
Yes. WhatsApp supports text messages, images, videos, audio files, and documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.). Attach media when composing your WhatsApp message. You can also send rich HTML emails with embedded images.
What is a custom SMS Sender ID?
A Sender ID is the name that appears as the sender when your members receive an SMS (e.g., "MyChurch" instead of a random number). Go to Communications → SMS Settings → Sender IDs to register yours. Approval may take 24-48 hours depending on your country.
How do I set up automated messages?
FlexiCHURCH includes built-in automations: Birthday greetings (sent at 6:00 AM daily via all channels), Welcome messages for new members, and Event reminders. All automations can be customized with your church’s message template.
How do I pair my WhatsApp number?
Go to Communications → WhatsApp Settings and click "Pair New Number." Enter your phone number and scan the QR code with WhatsApp on your phone. Once paired, you can send messages directly from the dashboard. You’ll need an API key from the platform admin.
Can I schedule messages for later?
Currently, messages are sent immediately when you click Send. For time-sensitive messages like event reminders, the system sends automated reminders at configured intervals before the event date.
How are SMS/WhatsApp credits managed?
Your subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of SMS and WhatsApp credits. Usage is tracked in real-time on your dashboard. When credits run low, you can purchase add-on credit bundles from Subscription → Add-ons at transparent per-message rates.
Can officers send messages too?
Yes! Officers can send individual and bulk messages to their assigned members from the Officer Portal. They use the same SMS, WhatsApp, and Email channels but can only reach members assigned to them.
Can I use AI to compose messages?
Yes. The AI Smart Compose feature helps you write professional messages. It can generate subject lines, translate messages between languages, and refine your text — all from the message compose form using the AI Assist button.

Events & Attendance

How do I create a church event?
Go to Events → Create Event. Fill in the event name, type (service, meeting, conference, outreach, wedding, etc.), date, time, location, and description. You can set events as recurring (weekly, monthly, etc.).
Can I track attendance at events?
Yes. Each event has an attendee management section where you can mark members as present. You can also use the check-in feature during live events. Attendance data feeds into reports and analytics.
Is there a calendar view?
Yes. Go to Events → Calendar for a full monthly/weekly calendar view of all church events. Click on any event to view details or edit.
Can I send automatic event reminders?
Yes! When you create an event, the system can send automatic reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to all members or specific groups before the event date.
What event types are supported?
FlexiCHURCH supports: Sunday Services, Midweek Services, Prayer Meetings, Bible Studies, Conferences, Outreach Programs, Weddings, Funerals, Thanksgiving Services, Youth Programs, Children Programs, and custom event types.
Can I view attendance trends?
Yes. The Reports module includes attendance analytics showing trends over time, average attendance per event type, growth/decline patterns, and member attendance frequency.

Children Church

How does the Children Church module work?
The Children Church module lets you register children, link them to parents/guardians in your member database, organize them into age-appropriate classes, and track attendance with a secure check-in/check-out system. Teachers can be assigned to each class.
How does check-in and check-out work?
Parents/guardians are given a unique PIN. During check-in, select the child and verify the guardian. During check-out, the guardian provides their PIN to release the child. This ensures only authorized persons pick up children. Safety first!
Can I create age-based classes?
Yes. Go to Children Church → Classes to create classes like "Toddlers (0-2)," "Pre-School (3-5)," "Elementary (6-9)," "Tweens (10-12)," etc. Assign children and teachers to each class.
Can officers manage children church?
Yes. Officers assigned to children church can perform check-in/check-out from the Officer Portal. They see only the children church section — not admin-level data.
Are there attendance reports for children church?
Yes. View attendance reports by class, date range, individual child, or teacher. Reports can be exported to CSV or PDF for record-keeping.
How do I link a child to a parent/guardian?
When registering a child, select or search for their parent/guardian from your member database. Each child can have multiple guardians (e.g., both parents), and each guardian gets a unique check-out PIN.

House Fellowship / Cell Groups

What is the House Fellowship module?
The House Fellowship module helps you organize and manage cell groups, home cells, or fellowship groups. Create groups, assign leaders and members, receive weekly meeting reports, and view analytics from a central dashboard.
How do leaders submit reports?
Group leaders (who are also officers) log into the Officer Portal, go to Fellowship → Submit Report, and fill in meeting details: attendance count, topic discussed, prayer requests, testimonies, offering collected, and any other notes. Reports are immediately visible to church admins.
Can I see analytics across all groups?
Yes. The admin dashboard shows aggregate analytics: total groups, active vs. inactive groups, average attendance per group, total offering collected, reports submitted on time vs. late, and growth trends.
How do I create a new fellowship group?
Go to House Fellowship → Create Group. Enter the group name, meeting location, meeting day/time, assigned leader (from your officers), and add members. The group leader is automatically notified.
Can members belong to multiple groups?
Typically, a member belongs to one fellowship group. However, they can be assigned to multiple groups if your church structure requires it. Leaders can only submit reports for their assigned group.
What information is captured in reports?
Reports capture: date, attendance count and names of attendees, topic/bible passage studied, prayer requests, testimonies shared, offering amount, challenges, and leader notes. Admins can view and comment on reports.

Officers & Workforce

How do I add a church officer/worker?
Go to Workforce → Add Officer. Select a member from your database (or create a new one), assign their rank (e.g., Deacon, Elder, Usher, Music Director), and the system will create login credentials and notify them via email.
What can officers do in their portal?
Officers get their own login portal where they can: view assigned members, submit follow-up reports, send individual/bulk messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Email), manage children church check-in/out, submit fellowship reports, browse the sermon/book/bible study library, and use AI tools — all without seeing admin-level data.
How do I create officer ranks?
Go to Workforce → Ranks to create custom ranks like Pastor, Elder, Deacon, Deaconess, Usher, Choir Director, Youth Leader, etc. Ranks help organize your structure and can be used for filtering.
Do officers get login credentials automatically?
Yes. When you create an officer, the system generates a temporary password and sends it via email (OfficerLoginCredentialsMail). Officers use these credentials to log in to the Officer Portal and are prompted to change their password on first login.
Can I assign members to specific officers?
Yes. Go to an officer’s profile and assign members to them. Officers can then view, message, and follow up with their assigned members from their portal.
Can officers be deactivated without deleting?
Yes. You can deactivate an officer which revokes their login access while preserving all their historical records, reports, and follow-up data.

HR & Payroll

Does FlexiCHURCH include HR management?
Yes! The Professional and Enterprise plans include a full HR module: employee database, compensation management (allowances, deductions, tax brackets), payroll generation, payslip creation, leave management, and HR analytics.
How do I run payroll?
Go to HR → Payroll → Generate Payroll. Select the pay period, review employee compensations (base salary + allowances - deductions - taxes), approve, and mark as paid. Payslips are generated automatically and can be exported.
Can I manage employee leave?
Yes. Define leave types (annual, sick, maternity, etc.) with their allowed days. Employees can request leave, and admins approve or reject. The system tracks leave balances and history.
How do allowances and deductions work?
Go to HR → Compensation Setup. Create allowance types (housing, transport, medical, etc.) and deduction types (tax, pension, loan, etc.). Assign them to employees with specific amounts. These feed automatically into payroll calculations.
Can I set up tax brackets?
Yes. Configure tax brackets with income ranges and tax percentages. The payroll engine automatically applies the correct tax rate based on each employee’s gross salary.
Can I export payroll data?
Yes. Export payroll summaries, individual payslips, and HR reports to CSV and PDF formats for accounting and compliance purposes.

Visitors & Follow-up

How do I register a church visitor?
Go to Visitors → Add Visitor. Record their name, contact info, how they heard about your church, date of visit, and any other details. Visitors appear in a separate list from members.
Can I schedule follow-ups for visitors?
Yes. On any visitor’s profile, click Schedule Follow-up. Set the follow-up date, type (call, visit, message), and assign it to an officer or yourself. The system tracks follow-up completion.
How do I convert a visitor to a member?
View the visitor’s profile and click Convert to Member. Their details are pre-filled into the member registration form. Once converted, they appear in your member list with their visit history preserved.
Can I see follow-up progress?
Yes. The visitors dashboard shows follow-up status for each visitor: pending, in-progress, completed. You can filter by status and date to see who needs attention.
Is visitor tracking available on all plans?
Visitor tracking is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. The Free and Starter plans include basic member management without the dedicated visitor module.

Counselling

How does the counselling module work?
Create counselling sessions with a title, description, date/time, and assign a counsellor. The system sends notifications to both the counsellor and the person being counselled when a session is booked, plus reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
Can I view counselling sessions on a calendar?
Yes. Go to Counselling → Calendar to see all sessions displayed on a visual calendar. Click any session to view details or reschedule.
Are counselling sessions kept confidential?
Yes. Only the assigned counsellor and church admins with the appropriate permissions can view session details. The system uses role-based access control to protect sensitive information.
How are reminders sent?
The system automatically sends reminders via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp at two intervals: 24 hours and 1 hour before the session. Reminders include the session title, date, time, and any relevant details.

Sermons, Bible Studies & Books

What content can I manage in the library?
The library includes three sections: Sermons, Bible Studies, and Books. Each supports full CRUD (create, read, update, delete) with rich text editing, categories, and search.
Can AI generate sermons for me?
Yes! The AI Sermon Generator can create full sermon outlines from a topic, expand existing notes, suggest scripture references, polish language, and generate introductions and conclusions. Available on plans with AI features.
How does the Bible Study generator work?
Provide a topic, passage, or theme and the AI generates a complete Bible study including discussion questions, leader guides, and study worksheets. You can adapt the content for different audiences (youth, adults, etc.).
Can AI summarize books?
Yes. Upload or enter a book’s content and the AI will generate a concise summary, key takeaways, discussion points, and applicable lessons. Great for book clubs and study groups.
Can officers access the library?
Yes! Officers can browse the sermons, Bible studies, and books libraries from their portal in read-only mode. They can use AI tools to generate outlines and adapt content for their units.
How does content adaptation work?
The AI content adaptation tool can rewrite any sermon, study, or book for different audiences (e.g., simplify for youth, deepen for pastors), different lengths, or different languages — all while preserving the core message.
Can I search for sermon ideas online?
Yes. The sermon module includes an Import from Search feature that searches external sermon databases and lets you import outlines and ideas into your library for further editing and AI refinement.

AI-Powered Tools

What AI tools does FlexiCHURCH include?
FlexiCHURCH includes: AI Sermon Tools (outline generator, scripture suggester, sermon polisher), AI Communication Tools (smart compose, subject line generator, translator), AI Finance Tools (financial insights and analytics), AI Content Tools (content adaptation, writing assistant), and an AI Prompt Assist button available in every text editor.
How does the AI Prompt Assist button work?
Every rich text field (Quill editor) in the system has an AI Assist button. Click it, choose an action (Improve Writing, Add Scripture References, Expand, Shorten, Generate Introduction, Generate Conclusion, etc.), and the AI will process your existing content and replace it with an improved version.
Is AI available on the Free plan?
AI features are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. The Free and Starter plans do not include AI tools. Upgrade anytime to unlock the full AI suite.
What model powers the AI tools?
FlexiCHURCH uses OpenAI’s GPT models for all AI-powered features. The superadmin configures the API connection — your church doesn’t need its own OpenAI account.
Can AI tools work in multiple languages?
Yes. The AI translation and adaptation tools support all major languages. You can compose a message in English and translate it to French, Spanish, Portuguese, Yoruba, Swahili, and many more.
Are there usage limits on AI tools?
AI usage is metered based on your subscription plan. Each plan includes a monthly AI quota. The system tracks usage and displays remaining credits on your dashboard.

Media Studio

What is the Media Studio?
The Media Studio lets you create video and audio content directly from your dashboard. Features include: audio-to-video conversion (with waveform or image background), slideshow creation from photos, and audio/video transcription.
How does audio-to-video conversion work?
Upload a sermon audio file, add a background image or choose a waveform style, and the system creates an MP4 video. Perfect for sharing sermons on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. Processing uses FFmpeg and runs in the background.
Can I create slideshows?
Yes. Upload multiple images, set a duration per slide, optionally add background music, and the system generates a smooth slideshow video. Great for church announcements, photo recaps, and events.
Is there a transcription feature?
Yes. Upload an audio or video file and the AI generates a text transcription. Useful for creating written versions of sermons, meeting notes, and accessibility content.
How long does media processing take?
Processing time depends on file size and server load. Most conversions complete within a few minutes. You’ll see a progress bar and receive a notification when the file is ready for download.

Roles & Permissions

How does role-based access work?
FlexiCHURCH uses granular permissions. Create custom roles (e.g., "Finance Manager," "Membership Officer," "Pastor") and assign specific permissions for each module: view, create, edit, delete, export. Users see only what their role permits.
Can I create custom roles?
Yes! Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions. Create a new role, name it, and check the specific permissions you want to grant. Assign the role to one or more users.
What’s the difference between admin users and officers?
Admin users access the full church admin dashboard with all modules (based on their role permissions). Officers access a separate, simplified portal focused on their assigned members, follow-ups, messaging, and ministry tasks. Officers cannot access financial or system settings.
Can one person have multiple roles?
Each user is assigned one primary role. However, you can create comprehensive custom roles that combine permissions from multiple areas (e.g., a "Department Head" role with access to members, events, and communications but not finance).

Multi-Branch / HQ Network

How does multi-branch management work?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can create multiple branches under one church. Each branch operates independently with its own members, finances, and data. The HQ dashboard aggregates metrics from all branches into a unified view.
What does the HQ dashboard show?
The HQ dashboard displays: total members across all branches, total income, attendance aggregates, branch-by-branch comparison charts, and drill-down into individual branch data. Perfect for denominational headquarters or multi-campus churches.
Can I compare branch performance?
Yes. The branch comparison tool shows side-by-side metrics: membership growth, financial collections, attendance trends, and communication activity. Identify top-performing branches and those needing support.
Do branches share data?
No. Each branch has isolated data for privacy and security. Only the HQ-level admin can view aggregated data across branches. Branch admins see only their own branch’s data.

Pricing & Billing

Is there a free plan?
Yes! The Free plan supports up to 50 members with core management features at no cost — forever. No credit card required. When your church grows, upgrade seamlessly to Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
What plans are available?
FlexiCHURCH offers four tiers: Free (50 members, basic features), Starter (more members + communications), Professional (AI tools, multi-branch, HR/payroll, visitors), and Enterprise (unlimited everything + dedicated support).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paystack — including debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and mobile money. International cards are also supported.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Subscription → Change Plan. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. SMS and WhatsApp credits beyond your included allocation can be purchased as add-ons from your dashboard at transparent per-message rates.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% when you choose annual billing. The discount is applied automatically when you switch to the annual plan on your subscription page.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll receive email notifications about the failure. The system retries automatically. After the grace period, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is always preserved — you never lose church data. Simply update your payment method and reactivate.
What currencies are supported for billing?
Currently supported billing currencies: NGN (₦), USD ($), GBP (£), EUR (€), GHS (GH₵), KES (KSh), ZAR (R), and more. Your preferred currency is set during church registration and can be updated in settings.
Can I purchase additional SMS/WhatsApp credits?
Yes. Go to Subscription → Add-ons. Purchase credit bundles for SMS and WhatsApp at transparent per-message rates. Credits are added instantly and never expire while your subscription is active.

Security & Data Privacy

Is my church data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, role-based access control, automatic backups, and audit logging. Each church gets its own isolated database tenant for maximum security — your data is never mixed with other churches’ data.
Can I control who accesses what?
Yes. FlexiCHURCH has granular role-based access control. Create custom roles with specific permissions for finances, members, reports, communications, and more. Officers only see what you allow them to see.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export member lists, financial records, attendance data, and reports to CSV, Excel, and PDF at any time. Your data always belongs to you and is portable.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. Reactivate your account anytime within that period with all data intact. You can also export everything before cancelling.
Is data backed up automatically?
Yes. The platform runs daily automated backups. In case of any issue, your data can be restored quickly. Enterprise customers receive additional backup guarantees and priority restore.
Does FlexiCHURCH comply with data protection laws?
Yes. FlexiCHURCH follows data protection best practices including encryption at rest and in transit, data isolation per tenant, minimal data collection, and the right to export/delete. We take NDPA (Nigeria), GDPR (EU), and similar regulations seriously.

Departments & Assets

How do I manage departments?
Go to Departments to create ministry units (Choir, Ushering, Media, Welfare, Protocol, etc.). Add members to each department, view department rosters, and communicate with department members via bulk messaging.
Can a member be in multiple departments?
Yes. Members can belong to multiple departments simultaneously. They will appear in the roster of each department they’re assigned to.
What is the Assets module?
The Assets module lets you track church property and inventory: buildings, vehicles, equipment, instruments, electronics, furniture, etc. Record asset details, condition, location, purchase date, and value.
Can I see a summary of all departments?
Yes. The department listing shows each department with its member count. Click into any department to see the full roster, send messages, or export the member list.

What reports are available?
FlexiCHURCH offers reports across every module: Members (growth, demographics, birthdays), Finance (collections, giving statements, trends), Attendance (event attendance, trends), HR (payroll summaries, leave tracking), Visitors (conversion rates, follow-up status), Children Church (class attendance), and House Fellowship (group reports, offering).
Can I export reports?
Yes. All reports can be exported to CSV for spreadsheet analysis. Many also support PDF export for printing and sharing. Financial reports can be exported for accounting software import.
Are there dashboard visualizations?
Yes. The main dashboard shows at-a-glance metrics: total members, monthly income, recent events, communication activity, and more. Charts and graphs help you spot trends immediately.
Can I compare periods?
Financial and attendance reports support date-range filtering. Compare this month vs. last month, this quarter vs. last quarter, or any custom date range. The AI financial insights feature also highlights period-over-period trends.

Partner / Referral Program

What is the Partner Program?
The FlexiCHURCH Partner Program lets you earn commissions by referring churches to the platform. Register as a partner, share your unique referral link, and earn a percentage of every subscription payment made by churches you refer.
How do I become a partner?
Visit the Partner Program page on our website and click "Become a Partner." Fill in your details and create your partner account. You’ll get a unique referral link and access to the Partner Dashboard.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are tiered based on the subscription plan your referral chooses. Higher-value plans earn higher commission percentages. Commissions are credited automatically after each successful payment by a referred church.
When do I get paid?
Commission earnings are accumulated in your partner wallet. You can request a withdrawal once your balance meets the minimum threshold. Withdrawals are processed by the platform admin.
What emails do partners receive?
Partners receive: Commission notification emails each time a referred church makes a payment, plus the standard welcome email when they register their partner account.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes. The Partner Dashboard shows all your referred churches, their subscription status, payment history, your accumulated commissions, withdrawal history, and your unique referral link.
Is there multi-level referral support?
The platform supports tiered commission structures. Commissions can be earned at multiple levels depending on the configured referral tiers. Contact support for details on the current commission structure.

Support & Help

How do I get support?
Multiple channels: Live Chat (Tawk.to widget on every page), Email (support@flexichurch.com), Contact Form on our website, and in-app support. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Is there a live chat?
Yes! Look for the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of every page. It connects you with our support team in real-time. If no agent is available, leave a message and we’ll follow up via email.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We offer documentation, in-app guided setup, and can arrange personalized onboarding sessions for your church team. Enterprise plan customers get dedicated account management and priority training.
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! Contact us with your feature request via any support channel. Our team evaluates all requests for future releases. Many of FlexiCHURCH’s best features came from user suggestions.
What are the system-generated emails I’ll receive?
As a church admin, you may receive: Welcome & onboarding email (on registration), Subscription renewal reminders and success/failure notifications, WhatsApp number pairing confirmation, Pre-debit notices (before auto-renewal), and Deactivation notice (if payment fails and account is downgraded). Members receive birthday greetings. Officers receive login credentials. Counsellors receive session booking & reminder emails.
Is there an API for developers?
FlexiCHURCH provides internal APIs for its platform functionality. If you need custom integrations or API access for your church’s specific needs, contact our support team to discuss options.
