We offer a free plan so you can evaluate FlexiCHURCH before committing to a paid subscription. The free plan includes core features such as membership management and basic financial records. No credit card is required. We strongly encourage you to explore the free plan and ensure the platform meets your needs before upgrading.

In rare cases where the platform has experienced a verifiable prolonged outage (exceeding 72 continuous hours) directly caused by our infrastructure, we may, at our sole discretion, offer account credit (not cash refund) to affected churches. This does not constitute a guarantee of credit.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first if you have any billing concerns.
